Booking Terms

Agents using QuoteHero Premium have the ability to include their own booking terms and conditions in quotes.

How to Add Booking Terms

  1. Access Settings:

    • Navigate to the bottom left of the screen and click on the Settings button.

  2. Enter Booking Terms:

    • In the settings menu, locate the section for booking terms.
    • Enter the terms and conditions you wish to include in your quotes.

  3. Save Changes:

    • Once you have entered your terms, click the Save button to apply the changes.

Display of Booking Terms

  • The booking terms you have entered will be automatically included in every quote you generate.
  • These terms will appear below the Pricing and Insurance sections, ensuring they are clearly visible to clients.
