Once your quote is ready, sharing it with your clients is simple and efficient using QuoteHero. Follow these steps to generate and share a viewing link:

Generating a Share Link

1. Prepare Your Quote: Ensure your quote is complete and ready for sharing.
2. Copy Share Link: At the top of the screen, click the "Copy Share Link" button. This action will copy a unique link to your clipboard.

Sharing the Link

• Via Email: Paste the link into an email to send it directly to your client.
• Via Messenger: Share the link through any messaging platform of your choice.

Previewing the Client View

To see what your clients will experience when they open the link:

• Paste the Link: Open a new browser tab and paste the link to view the quote as your client would.
• Client Mode Preview: Alternatively, use the Client Mode Preview feature to simulate the client view directly within QuoteHero.
