Agent Details

Your agent details appear in the upper right of every quote sent with QuoteHero. These details help personalize your quotes and provide your clients with your contact information. The fields you can include are:

• Name: Your full name as you want it to appear.
• Agency Name: The name of your agency or company.
• Email: The email address you want to display to clients.
• Contact Phone Number: Your phone number for client contact.

Editing Your Agent Details

To add to or edit your agent details, follow these steps:

1. Access Settings: Click the settings button located in the bottom right of the screen.
2. Edit Fields: You can make edits to the following fields:
   • Name: Update your full name.
   • Agency: Change your agency or company name.
   • Display Email: Set the email address you want clients to see.
   • Phone: Update your contact phone number.
3. Save Changes: Once you've made your edits, click the Save button. Your new details will now appear on every quote you send, including previous quotes.

By keeping your agent details up-to-date, you ensure that your clients always have the correct information to reach you.
