Quick Start Guide (5 Minutes)

Welcome to the Quick Start Guide for QuoteHero! In just a few minutes, you'll transform a plain email quote into a beautiful itinerary and share it with your clients. Let's get started!

Step 1: Create a Beautiful Itinerary

  1. Open the Magic Box: Click the + button in QuoteHero to open the Magic Box.
  2. Paste Your Itinerary: Use one of the sample itineraries provided below or paste your own. Make sure to include key details like the client name and travel dates so the AI correctly dates the segments.

Step 2: Set Your Agent Details

  1. Open Settings: Click the settings button at the bottom left.
  2. Enter Your Details: Fill in your name, agency, and phone number. Adjust the display email if you want to show a different one to your clients.
  3. Save Your Details: Click save. Your details will now display in the upper right of your itinerary.

Step 3: Add Pricing Details

  1. Edit Pricing: Click the pencil icon in the pricing section to edit pricing.
  2. Enable Deposit and Due Dates: Switch on the options for Deposit, final amount, and due dates.
  3. Enter Amounts: Input your deposit amount. The final payment is calculated for you.
  4. Save Pricing: Click save.

Step 4: Share Your Quote

  1. Copy Share Link: Click the "copy share link" button at the top of the screen.
  2. Share Your Quote: Share it with a colleague and ask if they've ever seen such a pretty quote created so fast.

BONUS: Add Insurance

  1. Add Insurance: Select the revision box and paste in one of the sample insurance policies provided below or use your own.
