Pricing Options
Learn how to configure pricing options in QuoteHero.
QuoteHero Pricing Options Guide
Quotes in QuoteHero can be configured in three pricing modes: Segment Pricing, Package Pricing, and No Pricing.
Segment Pricing
In Segment Pricing mode, QuoteHero automatically calculates the total price by adding up the cost of each segment and your insurance.
- Editing Segment Price:
- Click the pencil icon in the top right of the segment.
- Adjust the price field.
- Click save.
Using AI:
You can also ask the AI revisions box to make the edits for all changes described here.

Adjusting Insurance Pricing:
- Click the pencil icon in the Insurance section.
- Adjust the Price field.
- Click Save.

Hiding Segment Prices:
- Click the pencil icon in the Pricing section.
- Toggle the "Hide Segment Prices" switch to on.
- Click Save.

Hiding Price Breakdown:
- Click the pencil icon in the Pricing section.
- Toggle the "Hide Price Breakdown" switch to on.
- Click Save.
Segment Pricing:
Segment Pricing is enabled by default.
Package Pricing
In Package Pricing mode, you can specify a single price for the entire travel package.

Enabling Package Pricing:
- Click the pencil icon in the Pricing section.
- Toggle the "Package Pricing" switch to on.

Entering Package Price:
- Enter your Package Price in the field that appears.
- Click Save.
Other Settings:
In Package Pricing mode, Segment Prices and Price Breakdowns are automatically hidden.
No Pricing
For itinerary suggestions without pricing, you can remove the Pricing section entirely.
- Hiding Pricing Section:
- Click the pencil icon in the Pricing section.
- Click "Hide Pricing Section".
- Click Save.
Deposits, Final Payment Amounts, and Due Dates
You can include Deposit information and Due Dates in your quotes. These options are available for both Segment and Package Pricing.

Adding a Deposit:
- Click the pencil icon to edit Pricing.
- Toggle the "Include Deposit" switch to on.
- Enter a deposit amount and click Save.

Including Final Payment Amount:
- Click the pencil icon to edit Pricing.
- Toggle the "Include Final Payment" switch to on.
- Click Save.
Deposits and Final Payments:
Final Payment is calculated as Total Cost - Deposit Amount.
- Including Due Dates:
- Click to edit Pricing.
- Toggle the "Include Due Date(s)" switch to on.
- Enter your Deposit and Final Payment Due Dates.
- Click Save.
